Hello there, I’m Katie.
I am a clinical neuropsychologist, psychologist, and mother of two (three if you include my fur-baby, Tito).
My combined specialist training in neuroscience and psychology allows me to understand the relationship between the human brain and behaviour, and how this impacts our relationships (with ourselves and others) and influences our day-to-day life.
I finished my postgraduate studies and thesis at the University of Melbourne in 2016. I have worked in both private practice and the hospital system since this time, supporting individuals with neurological injury and/or mental health difficulties.
I am registered with AHPRA, and am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and College of Clinical Neuropsychologists (CCN).
Interest group memberships include Women and Psychology, Internal Family Systems and Psychology, Infant and Perinatal Psychology, Psychologists for Peace, and Psychology and Yoga.
Outside of my work I enjoy spending time in nature, moving my body, photography and art, travel, and quality time with my friends and family.
My Approach
My approach as a psychologist is warm, present, attuned, and compassionate. I aim to create a space that feels safe and supportive, where women feel genuinely understood.
I take time to get to know each of my clients, and draw on evidence-based psychological principles that are thoughtfully tailored to individual needs and life contexts.
My work supports women to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, build effective coping tools for life’s challenges, and strengthen their sense of self, purpose, and resilience.
Sessions are grounded and mindful in nature, with gentle attention to the body and nervous system. Clients are supported to develop greater bodily awareness, a sense of safety, and growing self-trust.
Where appropriate, sessions may take place outside of the traditional clinic setting and into nature. Drawing on the natural environment can offer additional support for nervous system regulation, grounding, and connection.

Core values that guide my work include:
